Shipments

Free delivery to your door to all parts of the world up to 21 business days. In accordance with the instructions of the Ministry of Health.

Exchange

Exchanges can be made within 60 days of the purchase itself.

An item can be exchanged provided it is new in its original packaging.

You must notify us by email/phone and get a repeat confirmation and an address to return the item. After receiving approval, send the item to our offices.

The amount of the item for the exchange/credit is the amount actually paid.

An exchange involves paying a shipping fee of 30$ or free upon arrival at our offices.

Returning an item

Returns are allowed within 60 days of receiving the product at the customer’s home

You must inform us by email/phone about your wish to return the item and you will receive a confirmation and an address for returning the item.

After receiving approval, send the item to the office.

After receiving the item at the office and if it complies with the return regulations – the money will be returned to your account by crediting your credit card.

Please note that a credit credit takes up to 10 working days from the moment it is made by us until it is received by your credit provider.
